Vegas FJ Cruisers was founded in February of 2014.The founding members met for coffee one night with nothing more than a desire to do something different as far as a club goes. We were all veterans of other off road clubs and knew what we did and did’t want. We put all that together and decided that even though being “Vegas FJ Cruisers”, we would be all-welcoming despite the vehicle type. We knew that we didn’t see a need for a President, treasurer or any other elected official in the club. We’d all pitch in with what our various talents could bring to the table. All of this with one goal in mind, and that is to enjoy our hobby and our love for off roading. From the night we met, we’ve grown from the original five to one of the largest and most popular clubs in the state.
Our group rues are simple. Be kind to each other, be good citizens of the desert, and have fun! Welcome to all who join! Please join our Facebook group and post up pics of your rigs and feel free to ask any questions you have about the off road hobby especially around Nevada, Cali, AZ and Utah. We have members from all over the world, and all walks of life. We want to promote safe and responsible enjoyment of the offroad lifestyle.
As we are the ONLY Tread Lightly Partner Off Road group in the state, we will Not tolerate any members that Vandalize, Destroy, Alter or bash our Desert it’s Ghost Towns, National Parks, BLM Land, etc. We are stewards of the Land and it is our Responsibility to look over it.
